Our typical turn around time for the delivery of an average binder is 7-10 days from the time you receive our confirmation of the order. • Special attention is paid to Cover Records and our clients are kept abreast of any outstanding liens so policies can be issued as quickly as possible. Our policy department is hard at work checking records and issuing policies as soon as all documents are recorded. We believe that the files are not complete and cannot be closed out until the final Title policy is issued.
