Couch Braunsdorf: Pressroom: Couch Braunsdorf Selects DTI’s OASIS to Manage Lawyers PL Business

Boston, MA (April 12, 2007) - Delphi Technology, Inc. (DTI), an established provider of technology solutions to the property and casualty insurance market, announced today that Couch Braunsdorf and Rawding (CBR), a Managing General Agent (MGA) headquartered in Liberty Corner, New Jersey, has selected DTI’s OASIS Policy Management and Financial Management software solution to manage its program business.

OASIS components to be implemented by CBR to administer its Lawyers Professional Liability business include:
o Policy Management (PM)
o Financial Management (FM)
o Central Information System (CIS)
o OASIS Document Solution (ODS)
o Data Warehouse

CBR, DTI’s first Program Manager client, will write business in several northeast states for a large property & casualty carrier. Using DTI’s OASIS solution, CBR will quote, rate, and issue policies for the program. CBR will also use OASIS to track claims data provided by the carriers.

In addition to being the first DTI Program Manager client, CBR is the first to use OASIS to manage professional liability for lawyers. One of the key reasons for choosing OASIS was the solution’s unique capabilities for processing and servicing professional liability business. OASIS was built from the ground up to serve the professional liability market, and is not an “all lines” system pressed into PL service.

OASIS will be deployed via a hosted solution with OASIS being maintained by DTI at an IBM Hosting Center, and CBR users remotely accessing the system from their New Jersey office. Via the DTI hosted solution, CBR is able to utilize all of the features of OASIS without the high up-front costs and implementation time typically associated with traditional software licensing models.
