Couch Braunsdorf Recognizes The Importance Of Continuing Education To The Professional Development Of Its Staff

We are pleased to announce that Bill Walbroel has recently passed the Commercial Casualty (CC) Institute of the Certified Insurance Counselors (CIC) Program. Bill is a Sales Manager presently focusing on expanding our business with Allstate Agencies enrolled in our Homeowner’s Program. The CIC designation has been the insurance industry's premier, proven source for practical, real-world education since 1969. It is a national designation program developed by the National Alliance for Insurance Education & Research. The five CIC institutes are: Personal Lines, Commercial Casualty, Commercial Property, Life & Health and Agency Management. The CIC Program is for agency and company personnel -- owners, producers, agents, account managers, brokers, underwriters, and marketing or claims personnel. Participants must be licensed agents, brokers, adjusters, or solicitors; or have at least two years of full-time experience in the insurance industry or as a risk management professional; or have served for at least two years as a full-time insurance faculty member at an accredited college or university.
It is our pleasure to note that Rob Lehnert has passed the R03 exam: Professional Liability Insurance: Overview, the 3rd of 8 required modules he has completed towards earning the Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU) designation. Rob is currently preparing for the R06 exam: Professional Liability Insurance Claims. As a holder of a J.D. and member of the New Jersey Bar, he was permitted to waive the R02 exam: Fundamentals of Liability Insurance / Commercial General Liability Insurance: Overview. Rob is a Broker for Professional Liability insurance products in our Professional Liability Insurance Division. The goal of the Registered Professional Liability Underwriter (RPLU) Program is to provide those participating in the program with a broad, basic understanding of the key professional liability disciplines. The RPLU Program is recommended for all professionals active in the field of professional liability and is the one credential that sets these professionals apart from others in this specialized segment of the insurance industry.
